We understand that communication is essential at this time of uncertainty and want to assure our clients and partners that we have taken all necessary steps to maintain the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities. C&H employees have successfully transitioned to working remotely and are following all local regulations and guidance.

Merchant Services and Partner Experience

CHFS employees are working remotely while maintaining the timeliness and quality of the work we are doing for you. We have robust technology and a culture of flexibility that enables our employees to efficiently and effectively provide client service remotely. Each of our lines of business has established remote working guidelines to help ensure we meet deadlines to deliver our work to you.

Travel and Meetings

CHFS has suspended domestic air travel until further notice. We are evaluating all events and meetings through April 30 and making prudent decisions to reschedule, transition to virtual meetings or cancel in alignment with our travel guidance and circumstances in our local offices and communities. Additional guidance for travel and meetings will be determined and provided as events warrant.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our employees, their families, our clients and our communities are of critical importance. We are requiring employees who are ill or who live with individuals who are ill to take time off to manage their health needs. If they feel well enough, they may work remotely. 

We are also following strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date CDC guidance for employees who have been (and those who live with someone who has been) in contact with someone who has been exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19 and those who have traveled to China, Iran, Japan, South Korea, the European continent or any other impacted areas.
