As Chairman of C&H, Mr. Holder oversees all revenue and customer operations, as well as business development and affinity partnerships. Previously, Mr. Holder co-founded Process Pink Payments. Prior to Process Pink, Mr. Holder co- founded Money Movers Of America (“MMOA”), a leading ACH processor and continues to serve as its Chairman and CEO. Prior to MMOA, Mr. Holder served as a National Sales Director for First National Processing of Illinois, where he developed very close relationships with FNP’s senior managers, owners and ISOs.
Prior to working in the Payment Processing Industry, Mr. Holder was a well-respected member of the Chicago Banking Community. Working for such organizations as St. Paul Federal Bank and MONY (Mutual of New York). Mr. Holder accumulated extensive financial management experience. In 1996 Mr. Holder received series 6 & 63 Certification. These licenses gave him the ability to customize Estate Planning and Investment Analysis plans for small to mid-sized Businesses. Mr. Holder received the Million Dollar Round Table awarded in 1998 for recognition of Investment and Insurance Premiums raised for that year. Mr. Holder is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Chicago and Robert Morris Business College.
As Co-Chairman of C&H, Mr. Costanzo oversees all sales, risk and underwriting divisions, along with assisting Mr. Holder with business development and affinity partnerships. Previously, Mr. Costanzo co-founded Process Pink Payments, a leading merchant services company generating hundreds of thousands of dollars annually toward Breast Cancer Awareness. In 2012 Process Pink, as a Unified Payments company, was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #1 fastest growing privately held company in America. Prior to Process Pink, Mr. Costanzo co-founded Money Movers Of America (“MMOA”), a leading ACH processor and continues to serve as its President and COO.
Senior VP of Sales Operations
David Holder has been a lifelong resident of Chicago and the greater Chicagoland area. He studied business at De La Salle Institute in Chicago and then Triton College. He then went on to work in the private security and investigation industry as a Director of Security Operations at one of the largest UPS facilities in the world, located in Hodgkins, Illinois. David entered the merchant services industry in 2005, learning the business from the ground up alongside his partners. With encouragement from these partners, David has gone on to learn many facets of the industry. From agent relations, to application boarding and customer service representation, to his current position as VP of Sales & Operations. David also manages affinity relationships and strategic partnerships for the company. He spends all of his free time with his wife raising their two boys. Michael A. Psaromatis, CPP,
Senior VP of Sales & Marketing
As a Certified Payments Professional and as V.P. and Director of Sales, Mr. Psaromatis manages affinity partner relationships and sales, as well as CRM software. Previously, Mr. Psaromatis worked for Process Pink Payments developing affinity partnerships. Prior to working in the Payment Processing Industry, Mr. Psaromatis flew internationally, as first officer, for American Airlines, in the Boeing 757 and 767. A graduate of the U. S. Air Force Academy, Mr. Psaromatis attended pilot training in Lubbock, Texas, remaining there as a T-38 Instructor Pilot until being hired by American.
Karen Whiteley, CPP,
VP of Sales & Marketing
As a Certified Payments Professional and as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Ms. Whiteley brings more than 25 years of industry knowledge to C&H Financial Services. Her experience includes senior management and executive reporting positions for some of the top organizations in the payments industry today, including Concord EFS (Fiserve), First National Bank of Omaha and Abanco International. She is responsible for recruiting, training, advertising, marketing and sales programs. Her personal sales experience includes business development with major accounts including banks and credit unions as well as brick and mortar merchants. For the third year, Ms. Whiteley serves on the Payment Sales and Strategy committees for the Electronic Transaction Association.
Paul Lajoie Jr,
Vice President of Credit and Risk
As Senior Manager of Risk, Mr. Lajoie manages all day to day risk and underwriting operations as well as retrievals. Previously, Mr. Lajoie was a member of Process Pink Payments where he managed tech support & also was an ISO relationship manager for several years. Mr. Lajoie has been a valued member of our team for 10 plus years and has over 12 years of experience in the credit card processing industry.
As Senior Manager of Client Services, Ms. Jarrett directs the C&H; Client Services Team. This experienced and dedicated team provides the first line of support for our Merchants, ISOs and Agents, including all aspects of Customer Service, Client Support, Residual and Commission Reporting. In addition, she participates in overseeing Vendor and Community Relations. Ms. Jarrett has previous Relationship Management experience in the Payments industry working with such merchant services providers, including Process Pink Payments.

Heather’s background as a Senior Operations Manager at Yahoo, Inc. include staff management, analysis, control and improvement of project performance. Her organizational skills, attention to detail and experience developing solutions to streamline business operations help to ensure the success of our business partners.
Susan Koplish, Vice President of Partner Experience
As VP of Partner Experience, Ms. Koplish is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing ISO’s, ISV’s, referral agents and affinity partners. Bringing over a dozen years of merchant services experience, Ms. Koplish provides training, statement analysis, growth insights, and equipment/product recommendations to our sales channels. Previously, Ms. Koplish was the Chief Operations Officer for Mann Merchant Processing Systems, a top nationwide payment processing company, where she oversaw daily operations and implemented procedures that increased sales and improved productivity. Ms. Koplish is an alumnus of the University of Delaware.
